OUR APPROACH

Schippers Construction takes a design/build approach to closely engineer a project to fit client expectations while bringing in the design elements and functions that are desired. With this approach, we’re able to significantly control more of the variables that often deter timelines and integrate design into the entire process. We listen, with a seasoned understanding of what’s possible within your budget and advocate for your home build with unparalleled capability and experience. Forging the future home you envision.

  • When you contact us for the first time, we will spend time with you on the phone learning more about you and your project to advise you on the best next steps and whether our services are the right fit for you.

  • During the complimentary initial site visit, we will learn more about the vision and budget for your project, determine the construction feasibility of the project, review plans if you are already working with a designer, and offer some budgetary guidelines to help you fine-tune your vision.

  • We will follow-up our initial site visit with a complimentary conceptual budget. This is not a bid — it is our best projection of the price range your project will fall into based on your description of what you envision and similar projects we have built.

  • Prior to construction we will help you design and estimate your project. We will gladly work through this process with your designer if you already have one.

  • At the end of the preconstruction and design process, you will have a complete set of construction drawings and a final price to build your project. Our Site Managers ensure quality and timeliness from our Team as well as our Trade Partners.

  • Upon completion, we will walk through your space to ensure that your expectations are satisfied. We have a one year warranty follow-up program.
